10 Already?...

It can't be true... our little Madison is already 10?For months Madison has been telling me all about these Special "Skinny" jeans.

I would get asked the same question 7 or 8 times a day...

"Do you think I'll get skinny jeans for my Birthday?"

Hip Hip Hooray ~ we found Bright Blue Skinny Jeans just like she Dreamed of!

It was so fun to hear her ScReAm as she opened them up!

And doesn't she look Adorable? Dad took the afternoon off... We ate pizza, played games and enjoyed being together!

Madison spent much of her time Mastering the jump rope game!

What we Love about Madison...

The Thompson Swimmers

The Swim season has begun and boy are we having a BLAST! The kids weren't sure they wanted to be on the team this year as it is Hard work and would be a lot more fun to just be playing in the pool with friends. But Heath and all his Knowledge told the kids he wanted them on the team. And of course we are all LOVING it!

Each one of the kids raced several diffrent events and were worn out by the end of the match!
Miss Madison first match of the season and the first swim she was put in the IM which means....
4 laps, doing a different stoke each time.

Back stroke, butterfly, breast and freestyle ,

she had NEVER even swam the butterfly before...
so I was so Nervous for her...

She lined up ready to go... Look at her face it says: I am Determined to WIN!

Here is Heath swimming along with her yelling... Pull, Pull, Pull!

He Cheered all the kids to Victory!

She is the one that is in the farthest lane...

She glided into the water and swam her heart out!

McKinnley was in a relay with the girls in the first photo minus Madison.

Here is Kade. His First swim meet ever. Kade lined up and was a foot smaller than the other boys. Heath and I were nervous his heart would be broken getting smashed in his first meet.

He dove in and before we had a chance to get to the other side of the pool

Kade was all grins thrilled to have taken 1st place...

They all took home a First Place Ribbon!

Happy Fathers Day to the Amazing Fathers in my Life...

To my Own Dad that has a Giant Heart that would do anything for anyone... He can make anyone Laugh and works his Magic when it comes to children.

To My Amazing Father In Law who is a Gentle Giant! Who has a special way of letting everyone know he truly loves and cares about them. Who helped mold Heath into the Incredible Father he is today!

To My Very Own Hubby... The Father that can do Anything and Everything and make it look like a Breeze...the man that can walk in the door and the house lights up with Happiness... the man that can take on the entire family single handily in a family wrestling match...

and not even break a sweat.

Perfect Summer Treat!

Early this morning I heard some noise coming from the kitchen...

What could it be?...

I jumped out of bed and quietly made my

way into the kitchen to find

Miss Millie and the Cheese Balls.What a Perfect Morning Treat...
So we sat on the floor and had a Cheese Ball Tea Party!

When I stop speeding through life, I find Joy in each day's doings...
This life cannot be bought, but only Discovered, Created, Savored and Lived!
I LOVE Summer!

Girls Camp

So I was in "SHOCK" when I was called to be a Stake Camp Leader... Not even being in Young Women's... I was Stressed, a little angry and Nervous! But with Heath by my side I knew I was going to be OK. He had my bags packed with everything you could ever need! He packed me a hammock... burned me a Cd for us to dance to in our cabin and a package to open each day with "Special Surprises" and "Love Notes" I couldn't wait for morning just to open my package!

My jobs at camp were...
I had 6 girls in my cabin... none of which were from my ward.
Laura, Valarie and myself ran the games each day for the entire stake... and we ran the store.
Thank Heavens we were together doing all of this!

Ashley was such a trooper!
The first to help with dishes, clean the cabin, give me a hug and little did we know that her uncle was Heath's roommate in collage!

Fresh and Clean after our nightly showers!
Valerie and I having a tea party on my bunk... we played cards, told secrets and laughed. The girls kept us entertained!

Thank Heavens for Casey... she kept me laughing the entire time!

This is how we survived the week!

On our breaks we would run to our "Hide-Out" and eat a Popsicle and talk...

We were in charge of the "PIT STOP" the store where we sold treats, drinks and Pickles.

It was Hard work... but someone had to do it!

I had a wonderful week up at camp!

I am braver than I thought...

Bugs aren't that bad...

Sweating from head to toe Stinks!

Not going potty for an entire week is not so fun!

Staying up all night and keep a smile on your face the next day can be rough!

Good friends can make anything fun...

Coming home was HEAVEN!

I am SO Happy I am home with you again!

Camp...

Oh My.... I can't believe I am heading off to camp and will be missing the 1st week of Summer with you all. I will Miss you all Terribly! I will think of you often and wonder how you are and what you are eating and what fun things you will be doing all together. I will look up at the stars each night and think of you and make a wish that you are Happy and Safe!

Thank you for my fun date to get my toes done Heath I loved it! I Loved our family date, I will be dreaming of those Chocolate dipped strawberries all week long! My favorite part was driving home with the windows down, Singing to our New favorite songs.

Thank you for helping me get ready for Camp. I will be the Best prepared Camper! I will LOVE my daily suprise... I can't wait to open todays up.

I Love each one of you!! Take Good care of each other! And I will be counting down the minutes until I am home with you all again! Kids take good care of Dad. Tell him I love him often!
